Calling all playwrights!
Ixion Ensemble Theatre has got a bone to pick with you. Okay, maybe not, but they want to see your scripts about conflict. Whether its a tiff or a drop down drag out bar room brawl, Ixion is seeking ten-minute (or less) plays where conflict figures prominently.
"Let's Fight!" will explore our relationships and how we resolve the obstacles and bumps in the road when it comes to interacting with others in our life.
We will select up to six scripts for further development, including staged readings and possibly full production in May of 2024.
Guidelines for "Let's Fight!" submissions(s) are:
- No more than 4 actors
- Simple setting
- No more than 12 pages
- Submissions must include only first initial and last name of author in document
- In header or footer, please include script name and your last name
- Multiple submissions are allowed
- No bios are to be included.
- Digital submissions only to mailto:[email protected]
- Deadline is 12AM September 1. 2023
