Old Town Dickens Village is looking for actors to play the great characters from the classic, "A Christmas Carol"

The actors need to be able to interact in character with the public in Old Town. There will be two performances of an audience interactive "A Christmas Carol". Roles available (there may be a couple more available-waiting on call backs from a couple people are:
Ebenezer Scrooge (50s-60s)
Bob Cratchit (late 30s-early40s)
Tiny Tim (6-8)
Ghost of Christmas Past
Ghost of Christmas Future

There will be rehearsals TBA, including scripted show, and character development, as well as improvisation.
The event is Saturday December 6th, 2014 from 12pm-5pm.

Owosso Community Players Holiday Show Youth Auditions

The Owosso Community Players invite students grades third through eighth to audition for OCP's upcoming Holiday at Lebowksy. The show will feature an ensemble of high-kicking dancers along with some of area's most talented vocalists, performing a combination of traditional Christmas classics and contemporary holiday favorites.
The students chosen will be part of the youth choir for this magical December spectacle of song, dance, and Christmas spirit. Performances are December 12, 13, and 14.
Audition sign-in begins at 6 p.m. on October 28 and 29 in the Studio Theater, next to the Lebowsky on Main Street. Those auditioning should prepare a brief selection from their favorite holiday/Christmas song.
The holiday show is a great chance for local youth to make their Lebowksy stage debut, according to OCP Artistic Director Garrett Bradley. "I'd like to encourage young people who enjoy singing to take part in these auditions. We know this will be a fun experience for these students," Bradley said.
