Director, Mark Colson is looking for an actor from the community. 60's + male to play the role of Frank in "Detroit," MSU Summer Circle. It's a smaller role, with a nice monologue at end of play.  He is spry, can still fix a roof and can take care of his impeccable lawn. He’s happy.  Has seen many changes in the neighborhood. There is pay. 
Rehearsals start May 12th
Tech is on the  June15th, 16th, 17th    6:00pm - 11:00pm 
Shows 18 - 21  All 8:00pm
Rehearsals will be 1:00 - 5:00pm daily.   Sunday is usually off.    
This actor would not be called for all rehearsals as the Character of FRANK only comes on for the short/ final scene.   Have to be comfortable with with 2 or 3 monologues. 
I will work out auctions on an individual basis depending on the response.

What I Did Last Summer: Anna-- A bohemian art teacher who teaches young Charlie how to live. A free-spirited rule breaker who eschews social norms and propriety.  Age between 45-70. Payment $525. Mostly evening & weekend rehearsals, except for the week of May 12-15, when rehearsals will be in the afternoon.  Some negotiability in scheduling. Please prepare a monologue one minute in length. Ruthless:  Role of Tina Denmark available. Tina is a multi-talented young girl who can sing, dance and act. Everyone auditioning should prepare an uptempo song 32 bars in length that shows off your personality. Payment $525.
