Directed by Paige Dunckel
Lansing Community College’s Spring 2015 Main Stage production
One of the great American classics, this Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-wining play reveals to the very depths the character of Blanche du Bois, a woman whose life has been undermined by her romantic illusions, which lead her to reject the realities of life. The pressure from living with her sister, Stella and Stella's husband, Stanley, leads to a revelation of her tragic self-delusion and, in the end, to madness.
