6/2-3 - AUDITIONS for Charlotte's Web, ages 10-18 Sunday and Monday at 6:30 pm at Riverwalk Theatre.
There is no charge to participate in Riverwalk's Young Artisan Workshop production of Charlotte's Web. This is the second year of this group producing a play using youth actors and backstage crew, directed by Sadonna Croff. It was such a packed house last year for Lion Witch and Wardrobe on the Black Box stage, the Young Artisan show is now moving to the 247-seat Main Stage.
Roles in Charlotte's Web include:
Fern Arable, a young girl
John Arable, Fern's father
Martha Arable, Fern's mother
Avery Arable, Fern's brother
Homer Zuckerman, Fern's uncle
Edith Zuckerman, Fern's aunt
Lurvy, a hired hand
Wilbur, a pig
Templeton, a rat
Charlotte, a spider
Goose, Gander, Sheep, Lamb - farm animals
Chorus - several youth to portray a reporter, judges, spectaators, etc.
