- "Hey, homeowners! {Name} here. Now that Spring is coming, some simple spring maintenance tips can help keep your home systems safe and working for longer.
Today, we're talking about your HVAC and air conditioner. First, you want to remove the cover from your air conditioning unit, clean up the debris and check for damage. Looks pretty good! Let's head into the basement.
In this case, the HVAC unit also has a humidifier that gets used in the winter to keep the air moist. Now that it's spring, we can turn that off and pull the filter out for cleaning.
Speaking of filters, we can also replace the air filter. Now your HVAC is ready for Spring! Make sure to like and follow for more tips coming soon!"
