The Blue Light Players will be presenting The Music Man at 7pm on February 20, 21, 27, and 28 at the Albert A. White Auditorium at the Hannah Center in East Lansing. This production features 38 cast members of all ages from the greater Lansing area. This family friendly classic is filled with many well known songs, such as 76 Trombones and Goodnight, My Someone.
This production marks the 10th anniversary for the Blue Light Players and proceeds from this production will be used to provide assistance to families of Michigan police officers who are killed or critically injured in the line of duty. The performances on February 20 and 21 are dedicated to Ingham County Deputy Grant Whitaker who lost his life in the line of duty in December 2014. The performances on February 27 and 28 are dedicated to Michigan State Trooper Jeffrey Werda who list his life in the line of duty in April 2011.
