9/15-17 It’s always A Grand Night for Singing - coming ONE WEEKEND ONLY to Starlight
Starlight Dinner Theatre, in partnership with Homegrown Productions, will present A Grand Night for Singing, the Tony Award nominated musical revue that features many of the timeless musical numbers penned by Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein. A Grand Night was nominated for two Tony Awards, Best Musical and Best Book of a Musical, and the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Revue. Show dates are September 15-17.
Cast members Marci Balogh, Kelly Bitz, Beth Webb, Bob Murrell, and Darryl Schmitz perform over 20 songs in a lively and well-choreographed format. Audience members will recognize songs from Oklahoma!, The Sound of Music, South Pacific, Carousel, The King and I, Cinderella and more. The revue continues to delight audiences with fresh and traditional takes on many familiar tunes that will have audience members humming along with the cast.
A Grand Night for Singing is directed by Beth Webb and Susan DeRosa, with musical direction by Jeff Richards and choreography by Fran Ludington . Ellen Hoard on flute, Kelly Sandula-Gruner on French horn, Jack Mumma on upright bass and Jill Malusek on drums provide a full orchestral sound.

TIMES: Friday and Saturday: Lobby Box office opens at 6 pm. Dining Room opens at 6:30 pm.
Dinner 6:30 – 7:30 pm on Friday and Saturday. Show begins at 7:30 pm.
Dessert Sunday matinee: the Lobby Box office opens at 1:00 pm, Desserts are served at 1:30 pm. Show begins at 2 pm.
