“Kinder Kids. Kinder World”
Peppermint Creek Theatre Company is proud to welcome the NYC duo of Leah Gerstel and Megan MacKenzie Lawrence for our final show of the season, Oh, Behave with the Mannerhausens, an original musical crafted to teach young children the basics of kindness and good manners.
Zany British sisters Eddy & Kit Mannerhausen use family pearls of wisdom to teach kindness, social skills and manners in a hilarious one-of-a-kind way. Their interactive performance is filled with original songs and games that promote social awareness and celebrate kindness in everyday scenarios. Perfect for ages 5-10 and guaranteed fun for the whole family! Give your child the gift of "Manners for Life", and set them up for lasting success. As Eddy and Kit would say, “Kinder Kids. Kinder World”.
Peppermint Creek Co-Artistic Director, Chad Swan-Badgero, said, "Peppermint Creek has been searching for years for a show that was appropriate for young kids, but was still in line with our mission to address current issues through the theatre. At a time in our country’s history when it seems kindness is the LAST thing people think about when they interact with each other, Oh, Behave is the perfect show for us to bring to our community, especially young children. And PCTC has developed a strong relationship with Leah Gerstel, co-creator of the show, who has been seen on our stage in Ordinary Days (2011) and Falsettos (2017). We are so pleased to bring a show she helped create to Lansing audiences!”
There are only TWO performances of "Oh, Behave with the Mannerhausens" this weekend at 2pm on Saturday and Sunday. So order your tickets now!
