NEEDED: Volunteer House Managers during the Renegade Theatre Festival - House Managers connect the participating theaters with their audience, helping to make sure productions begin on time and that everyone is seated. The House Manager also reads announcements and acknowledgements before each performance begins. It's easy to volunteer at the Renegade and it's fun! If you have a particular theater in the Festival that you'd like to work with, let us know. There are openings between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday and between 10:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday. For more information, please contact Katie Doyle: [email protected].
I notice the pdf version of the schedule is STILL not up at www.renegadetheatrefestival.org, but Melissa Kaplan DID send me the attached schedule and descriptions of shows. NOTE that the LANSING CITY PULSE will be available AT the Festival, with a complete schedule of all performances.
The festival is FREE, put please bring some $$ for the donation boxes to help keep this theatrical tradition going. Also, pick up a printed copy of the GLUT SCHEDULE 13-14 listing all shows/auditions I know about as of now (generously photocopied by The Arts Council and meticulously folded by ME) which will be available at the info table. Webmaster Aaron has assured me he will get this info onto the all-theatres calendar at www.greaterlansingtheatre.net very soon. Hope you all will use the printed schedule and/or web site to see what's on in local, live theatre on any given weekend - and SEE MORE THEATRE!
