I was reminded, in writing the July Board minutes, that we are WAY behind "projected revenue budget" for program advertisers. NOW is the time to get "The Deal" - Riverwalk Board Members! Apologies if you're getting this twice but if EVery one of you got just ONE ad... - even a little one... ;-}

HERE'S THE DEAL:
Riverwalk Theatre Program Advertisers committing to the entire season (September through June) will get six ads for the price of five. DEADLINE AUGUST 21.
one ad: full season of 6 ads:
$20 for 1/8 page horizontal 2 1/4" wide x 1 3/4" tall $100
$35 for 1/4 page vertical 2 1/4" wide x 3 3/4" tall $175
$35 for 1/4 page horizontal 1 3/4" wide x 4 3/4" tall $175
$65 for 1/2 page horizontal 4 3/4" wide x 3 3/4" tall $325
$65 for 1/2 page vertical 2 1/4" wide x 7 5/8" tall $325
$120 for full page vertical 4 3/4" wide x 7 5/8" tall $600
$150 back cover full page 4 3/4" wide x 7 5/8" tall $750
If you can prepare a black and white pdf ad and email it to me, great. If you have a color ad, I can convert to black and white if necessary.
If you would like me to design an ad for you, there is no additional charge.
Send any logo/photo and copy ideas and I will send you a proof copy. You may change the content of your ad in any program at no additional charge. Deadline is three weeks before show opening. (See schedule atRiverwalkTheatre.com)
