The job includes managing the scene shop, to include the building, moving, and set up of goods and equipment related to Performing Arts and college wide events, as needed, and delegates the work of part-time support staff, student employees, temporary workers, and student volunteers. This position also works as liaison between the Costume Shop and Scene Shop in the absence of the Technical Director, while also providing additional technical support in Dart Auditorium, when necessary. Must demonstrate a commitment to the diversity of a multi-cultural population, as well as work effectively in a team-based environment, seeking continuous improvement and adherence to the community college philosophy.
