5/19 - The church that welcomes all people, all the time, the United Edgewood Church of Christ in East Lansing will have a Memorial Service in Michael Schacherbauer's honor, Saturday, May 19 at 1:00 PM - 469 N Hagadorn Rd, East Lansing, MI 48823
As you may know, Michael was a lifelong theatre devotee, gaining many kudos in the Columbus, Ohio area before moving to the Lansing area with partner Don Savolainen - and gracing Riverwalk Theatre with his talents, acting, directing, and on the board - he is well remembered for his acting in August, Osage County, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest and The Lyons, and directing Leaving Iowa and Beyond Therapy. Sadly his body was not as indomitable as his spirit and he exited to that Green Room in the sky Friday, May 4, on vacation with Don in scenic Pigeon Forge, TN.
