Just to give an overall idea of the timeframe, auditions will be held September 30, and October 1; opening night is November 29, and closing night (matinee) is December 9. Schedule conflicts in regards to Thanksgiving will not necessarily eliminate anyone. My hope is to have at least two production meetings before auditions take place.
The following positions are open:
--Assistant Director
--Stage Manager (and Assistant Stage Manager)
--Set Designer (and several Set Builders) NOTE: Riverwalk's "team" is requesting a set design no later than September 15; of course, earlier is better.)
--Lighting Designer (and at least one Light Board Operator)
--Sound Designer (and at least one Sound Controller)
--Costumer (who may also seek Costume Assistants)
--Properties Mistress/Master (who may also seek Properties Assistants)
--"Fight"/Movement Choreographer
--Hair Designer
--Dialect Coach
--Stage Crew
--Additional personnel, as needed
--(did I forget anything? Lol)
This production hopes to be one of the most side-splitting shows in recent Riverwalk history, maybe even the Lansing community, at large. I further hope to create a true "family" of individuals all seeking that same vision. Please think about being a part of the "Noises Off" family!!
