You're invited to be part of a studio audience for a staged reading of "Social Distancing; or How to Kill a Party" — a new comedy by local playwright Roger Rochowiak, centering on family relationships/expectations challenged by pandemic restrictions.
This is a similar project to Roger’s previous Slip and Fall production three years ago at Riverwalk. Local actors practice all day, under the direction of Tom Ferris, and Roger’s new script comes to life for the first time at 7pm.
Producer Elliott Smith is having the show recorded for promotional purposes to potentially offer this show to other theatre groups. THIS audience’s all important reactions will be part of the video.
Roger is known for including a “feisty old lady” in his scripts, and this time she will be played by your GLUT lady here, Jane Zussman. Other roles will be played by Adam Carlson, Rachel Daugherty, Jeff Magnuson, Bob Murrell, Lanie Plunkett, Amy Rickett, and Andrew Stewart
Admission by donation, proceeds to Riverwalk Theatre. Masks required for audience members.
